LearnFloo + Notion
A Notion database of members and registrations, kept up to date.
What it does
- One page per new member in a Notion database
- One page per registration to a live or an event
- Name, e-mail, subject and date: a team CRM or event preparation
Set-up
Connect LearnFloo and Notion.
- 1
Open the recipe on GitHub: an n8n workflow to import, Make and Zapier step by step, or a small Node.js server.
- 2
Space Settings → API & integrations → Webhooks: paste the address of your scenario and tick the recipe’s events.
- 3
Add your access to the tool: A Notion integration (secret) and a database shared with it.
- 4
Send a test event from the webhooks page: it arrives within seconds.
Three levels
In the app, no code: a setting to turn on.
Maintained by LearnFloo, in the product.A template to import or steps to follow, checked continuously.
Maintained by LearnFloo, on GitHub.Everything else is possible with the REST API, webhooks and the MCP server.
By you or your integrator.Everything else
Your tool is not on the list? It still connects.
LearnFloo can be driven end to end: members, courses, lives, events, e-mails and payments go through a REST API documented in three languages, signed webhooks and an MCP server for AI assistants.

The brands mentioned belong to their owners. LearnFloo works with these tools; unless stated otherwise, this is not a partnership. LearnFloo has no app in the Zapier, Make or n8n catalogs: the recipes use our webhooks and API.
