Turn the programme on
Settings → Affiliates: tiers (20, 25 then 30% by default), duration (12 months by default), payout threshold (€50 by default), automatic approval or not.

Your members join
An Affiliates page appears in your space and a card on its About page. Each member picks their code; you approve if you want to.

They share their link
The link leads to your space page. Whoever joins or pays after following it becomes the affiliate’s referral.

You pay the commissions
A commission on the amount before tax of every payment for the chosen duration. You pay the affiliate and mark the payout as done.

Who pays what
The money never goes through us.
Your members pay into your Stripe account as usual. LearnFloo calculates the commissions from the payments and takes nothing.
The referral pays you
Monthly, yearly or lifetime access, into your Stripe account, in euros or dollars.

The affiliate’s commission at their tier’s rate, on the amount before tax, for the chosen duration.
You pay the affiliate
By bank transfer, PayPal or however you like, once the threshold is reached. You mark the payout as done.

Who can become an affiliate?
Active members of your space, with an account and an e-mail address. You choose whether they are accepted at once or after your approval.
What is the commission based on?
The amount before tax of every payment the referral makes for your space, for the duration you set (1 to 120 months, 12 by default), at the affiliate’s tier rate or the rate negotiated with them.
How do the tiers work?
A referral counts on their first payment. By default, 20% up to 4 paying referrals, 25% from 5, 30% from 10; you change thresholds and rates, for the whole programme or for one affiliate.
What if a member is refunded?
The matching commission is cancelled automatically. You can also cancel a commission by hand.
Does LearnFloo take a cut?
No. Affiliation is included in every tier and LearnFloo takes nothing on your sales or on the commissions: you pay your affiliates yourself.
My space is free, is it any use?
Yes: the programme tracks who brings whom, without commission. Handy to thank your best ambassadors another way, with access, a badge or a gift.
