LearnFloo + Google Sheets
One row per new member, live or event registration, sale or completed course, in a Google Sheet. No middleware.
What it does
- Every event becomes a row: date, event, name, e-mail, subject (live, event, course, amount)
- New members, live and event registrations, paid memberships, completed courses
- No n8n, Make or Zapier: a short Apps Script receives the webhooks
Set-up
Connect LearnFloo and Google Sheets.
- 1
Open the recipe on GitHub and paste the Apps Script into your sheet, then deploy it as a web app.
- 2
Space Settings → API & integrations → Webhooks: paste the address of your scenario and tick the recipe’s events.
- 3
Add your access to the tool: A Google account and an empty sheet.
- 4
Send a test event from the webhooks page: it arrives within seconds.

Your tool is not on the list? It still connects.
LearnFloo can be driven end to end: members, courses, lives, events, e-mails and payments go through a REST API documented in three languages, signed webhooks and an MCP server for AI assistants.
