APIAPI, webhooks and MCP

Connect LearnFloo to everything else.

Your CRM, your website, your e-mail tool or your AI assistant can read your space, act in it and be told what happens there. You don’t need to be a developer to benefit: many integrations are ready to use.

Three ways to connect LearnFloo

Ask, be notified, or let an assistant do it.

Every LearnFloo integration relies on one of these three entry points.

The API

Another piece of software asks LearnFloo for information or an action: the list of registrants, creating a live, inviting a group, enrolling a member in a course.

Example : your CRM adds every new customer to your space and to their welcome course.

Who uses it : a tool like Zapier or Make, your integrator, or your tech team.

Webhooks

LearnFloo tells your tools as soon as something happens: new member, payment, live registration, course completed, question asked… 72 events to choose from.

Example : every sale shows up in a Slack channel, every new member goes into your Brevo list.

Who uses it : recipes ready to import into n8n, Make or Zapier, or your own server.

The MCP server

Claude, ChatGPT or a coding agent connect to your space and work in it at your request, in plain language, with the rights you give them.

Example : “schedule a live on Thursday at 6 pm and invite the Spring group”: done, invitations included.

Who uses it : you, right inside your AI assistant, with nothing to install.

What can be driven

Nearly everything you do in the app.

  • Members, roles and groups, password-free entry from your site or your LMS
  • Courses, lessons and learner progress
  • Lives and webinars: creation, invitations, registrants, attendance, replays, leads
  • Events and registrations
  • E-mails: campaigns, segments, templates, preferences
  • Space feed, polls, ticket support
  • Videos, media library and live scenes
  • XP, badges and leaderboards
  • Audience statistics of the space
  • Payments and memberships, through webhooks

Security

You decide who gets access to what.

One key per space

Created in the space settings, read-only or full access, revocable at any time.

Consent for assistants

Claude or ChatGPT go through an OAuth sign-in: you choose the space and the access level, and can withdraw it.

Signed webhooks

Every delivery is signed (Standard Webhooks format), retried on failure, replayable, and the secret rotates in one click.

Hosted in Europe

Your space’s data stays in Europe, with rate limits per key to protect the service.

No code

Most connections are already done.

Stripe, Google Calendar, YouTube, WordPress and your ad pixels are built into the app. For HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, Slack, Discord, Notion, Google Sheets or Calendly, recipes tested every night import into n8n, Make or Zapier.

For developers

The technical documentation.

Full reference of the REST API and the events, in English, French and Spanish, with request examples, an OpenAPI description and the MCP server address.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us.

Do I need to code?

Not for native integrations and recipes: you turn on a setting or import a template into n8n, Make or Zapier. You need a developer, or your integrator, for a custom connection with your own software.

Does the API cost extra?

The API, webhooks and the MCP server are part of LearnFloo. API calls stay within the space’s free allowances; actions that use resources (video, streaming…) are counted as in the app.

My tool has no ready-made integration, is it still possible?

Yes, if it can send or receive web requests, which most CRMs, e-mail tools and automation platforms can. Tell us which one: we may turn it into a recipe.

Can I withdraw access?

Yes: an API key is deleted in the space settings, and an AI assistant’s access is withdrawn the same way. It takes effect immediately.

A space that talks to your tools.

Create your space, connect what you already use, and let the information flow on its own.
