Summary
Welya is a French sales webinar tool built for one thing: getting people to buy during the live. Waiting room, pre-webinar quiz, A/B tested offer, exit pop-up, lead scoring, chat gamification, closing screen with the offer. It targets infopreneurs and agencies who launch products by webinar, with a plan from €79 to €370 excluding VAT a month depending on audience size.
LearnFloo has the same conversion levers during the live, and keeps going afterwards: the buyer joins your space, under your brand, where the community, the courses, the next live sessions and the e-mails are waiting. Payment goes to your Stripe with no commission, and everything can be driven by API, webhooks and MCP.
The real difference: Welya converts during the live, LearnFloo converts and then keeps the buyer. Stay on Welya if you run high-audience sales webinars back to back and your courses already live elsewhere. Choose LearnFloo if you want the webinar, the sale and the training in one place, under your brand.
During the live: the same conversion levers
Welya built its whole product around conversion: an interactive waiting room with a pre-webinar quiz, a gamified chat with social proof, two offers A/B tested in the same webinar, an exit pop-up when a viewer leaves, a closing room with the offer, and lead scoring that rates each prospect from their messages, votes and clicks. It is a focused tool, and it does this well.
LearnFloo has the same levers in the live room: waiting room with a countdown and a quiz, an on-screen offer tested on two variants, an offer reserved for those who watched part of the live or voted, an exit pop-up, a closing screen with a targeted offer and a closing poll, a live leaderboard in the chat, a “registered” badge. After the live, every registrant gets a score (attendance, time watched, chat, votes, clicks), the follow-up list sorts hot from warm, and a prospect sheet shows what each person did.
Verdict: To convert during the live, both tools are on par. Welya has the edge of specialisation and hands-on onboarding.
After the live: where LearnFloo keeps going
With Welya, the webinar ends on a link: the viewer leaves to pay in your payment tool or book in your booking tool, with their details pre-filled. Training, community and customer follow-up live elsewhere, in another tool to pay for and connect.
With LearnFloo, the webinar happens in your space. The buyer pays on your Stripe account (0% commission) and joins your community straight away: feed, video courses, gamification, customer-only lives, groups and classes, welcome e-mails and digests. The prospect’s score follows the member, and the same tool runs the next webinar, the virtual class and the replay.
Verdict: Welya converts during the live. LearnFloo converts, then keeps and trains the buyer.
Broadcasting and control room
Welya brands the room (logo, colours, font) and offers a moderation panel. Its site announces no simulcast, no RTMP input for OBS and no live subtitles.
LearnFloo prepares StreamYard-style scenes (layouts, guests, screen sharing, paged PDFs, videos, banners), switched in one click or by an assistant in the control room. The live can go out to YouTube, LinkedIn or a custom RTMP at the same time, take in a feed from OBS or vMix, show live subtitles with up to three translations, and be served under your domain.
Verdict: For a polished production or one streamed on several channels, LearnFloo goes further.
Connecting your tools
Welya connects to your tools through Make: CRM, e-mailing, payment, spreadsheets. Its site announces no public API and no webhooks.
LearnFloo exposes a public API documented in three languages, 72 signed webhooks (including a “qualified lead” event sent after each live with the score) and an MCP server: ask Claude or ChatGPT for the hot prospects of the last webinar, or to schedule the next one. The prospect list can also be read through the API.
Verdict: If your CRM must receive every qualified lead without an automation tool in between, LearnFloo does it natively.
Pricing: flat plan versus usage
Welya charges a plan based on audience size and maximum live length: Launch at €79 excluding VAT a month billed yearly (500 viewers, 2 hours, 2 presenters), Grow at €229 (2,000 viewers, 3 hours, 4 presenters), Scale at €370 (unlimited audience, 12 hours, 6 presenters). Monthly, count €99, €299 and €499 excluding VAT. Every feature is in every plan.
LearnFloo is paid as you go, VAT included, in prepaid credits that never expire: €6.50 per webinar hour broadcast, €0.025 per viewer per hour, plus €10 a month per space. Two one-hour webinars for 100 viewers come to about €31 a month, against €95 VAT included for Welya Launch.
On the other hand, at high volume Welya’s flat plan wins: eight two-hour webinars for 1,000 viewers cost about €475 a month on LearnFloo, against €275 VAT included on Welya Grow. But the LearnFloo price also covers the space where your buyers take their course, which Welya does not provide.
Verdict: One or two webinars a month: LearnFloo is clearly cheaper. From one webinar a week, Welya’s flat plan wins, before counting the training tool you would add next to it.
