LearnFloo + HubSpot
Every new member becomes a HubSpot contact tagged with your space; paid memberships update their status.
What it does
- Every member who joins the space becomes (or updates) a HubSpot contact
- learnfloo_space property: the space the contact comes from
- learnfloo_membership property: free, paid when a paid membership starts, ended when it ends
- HubSpot lists and workflows built on these properties
Set-up
Connect LearnFloo and HubSpot.

Open the recipe on GitHub: an n8n workflow to import, Make and Zapier step by step, or a small Node.js server.

Space Settings → API & integrations → Webhooks: paste the address of your scenario and tick the recipe’s events.

Add your access to the tool: A HubSpot private app token (contacts write) and two contact properties.

Send a test event from the webhooks page: it arrives within seconds.
